Today,we learn a lot of knowledge of food. I think I like most of food,but I don't like cooking. In the China, Fast food, both Chinese and western, has several advantages. In the first place, fast food, as is characterized by its name, is fast. The food is always ready and fresh, waiting for its customers. This saves people's precious time, and consequently goes well with the life in modern society.Secondly, it is very convenient.As we know,fast food restaurants are much the same as cafeterias.Customers may feel tree to help themselves to any variety provided and eat to their hearts' content.Thirdly, fast food restaurants are environmentally comfortable. Clean dishes, shiny tables, decent service and ligh music all stimulate people's appetite to eat more. Sometimes,fast food also has its disadvantages such as lack of nutrition, dull taste. I think most people agree with fast food, it tends to grow more rapidly.

[U] FORMAL unnatural behaviour which is sometimes the result of forcing yourself to act in a particular way:

5 apprehensive adjective feeling anxious about something that you are going to do:
e.g
I'm a bit apprehensive about tomorrow's meeting.
I've invited a lot of people to the party, but I'm a bit apprehensive that no one will come.
